Welcome to the La Buena Vida Estates Homeowners’ Association website. As President I wish to extend, on behalf of the Membership and Board of Directors, a sincere welcome to our website visitors.
This website is intended for the use of the Association residents.
As the content constitutes a supplement to the Association newsletters and a Bulletin Board of forthcoming Association matter it is important that residents have access to everything posted within. To do so, however, requires that residents become a registered user. Accordingly, I ask that you take the time now to do so.
If you are simply wishing to check the Association calendar you may do so from the sidebar on this page. It will be a very busy year and the Board looks forward to your participation and assistance.
Upon signing in please check the News section. There we will post the status of Association activities and upon which we want your opinions. For example we are currently in the process of developing amendments to our governing documents. A summary of proposed changes are posted for your review.
Also posted in the News section is a detailed description of each Phase of our Frontage Area Improvement Program. Your comments are solicited regarding those on-going efforts.
Also check the Poll section where even more of your opinions on other subject matter are requested.
In the Documents section you will find our governing documents and forms which are available to be downloaded.
Feel free to use the Bulletin Board to announce services you can provide or are interested in obtaining.
